Victor Orta out:

Yesterday came the news from Leeds United that Victor Orta has left the club by mutual consent.

Victor came to Leeds in 2017 and he has been involved in building a club that took the step from Championship to Premier league.

His biggest achievement was appointing Marcelo Bielsa as head coach and he has also brought in international players like Meslier, Llorente, Koch, Raphinha, Rodrigo, Sinisterra, Gnonto and Adams among others.

After he was involved in sacking Bielsa, things have gone from bad to worse.

The appointment of Jesse Marsch was not a good investment and his replacement Gracia was not any better.

Players like Kristensen, Firpo, Roca, McKennie, Aaronson and Rutter have not been a success and then you have the case with Augustin, which cost the club a lot of money trough bad decisions.

The pressure from the fans made Radrizzani to take the decision to part company with his sporting director.

Javi Gracia out:

Gracia was brought in as a fifth choice after the Jesse Marsch sacking. He had experience from leading Watford in Premier league and got the job to save Leeds after Marsch.

He lasted only 11 league games and got 3 wins, 2 draws and 6 losses.

In april Leeds played 7 games with 1 win, 1 draw and 5 losses. Defensively they let in 23 goals in that period.

Gracia was often chancing the formation from match to match and he didn`t really find a solution that suited his players.

His match management was not good and he didn`t show a lot of energy on the touchline.

Some strange team-selections was also frustrating the fans and it looked like he had lost the dressing-room lately.

Radrizzani therefore decided that Gracia was not the right man to lead the team in the 4 remaining matches which will decide Leeds chances to avoid relegation.

Sam Allardyce in:

Big Sam will come in and try to save this Leeds team from relegation to the championship.

He has a lot of experience and can be a good investment for Radrizzani if they avoid the drop. But he has been out of work for 2 years and it is a bit of a gamble.

Sam will demand a lot from his players in the remaining games. They will have to dig deep if they want to play for him.

He is known for organizing his teams defensively and work hard for each other all over the pitch.

He knows that Leeds are facing 4 difficult games and that they have to be at their best to have a chance to get a point or three.

But if he can keep them up it is worth every penny.

I think Man City is too difficult and almost impossible to beat at the moment.

Newcastle are a form team in third place but I saw them against Aston Villa away, where they was second best and lost 3-0, so there is a possibility there.

West Ham away is difficult but we have beaten them there before and it is possible to win again.

Tottenham at home is a game that can be the crucial match to avoid relegation. Spurs are a team that is very unstable and it can go either way.

We wish Big Sam the best of luck and hope he will save our club from relegation.
